HIS (MMF Bisexual Holiday Menage Romance) is by author Chloe Lynn Ellis.
My Rating: 5

So sad the holiday season is behind us. But that doesn’t mean I can’t live vicariously through the vast amount Christmas romances available. And I did just that with HIS.

This romance features three characters; all with different personalities, coming together in this sweet and intimate story.

Luke Anders…He is definitely an alpha with a gentle as well as domineering side. Luke has never been afraid to go after what he wants. Even if it falls out of the realm of conventional. Especially when these “things” bring him the utmost in satisfaction and pleasure. This is why he is intrigued when he meets a man and discovers he is attracted to him. Luke always thought of himself as heterosexual. Was he disturbed by this realization?

“I’ve always been one to indulge my curiosity, to seek out the best life has to offer. Why let a little thing like gender get in the way of that?”

In addition, Luke is equally attracted to a beautiful waitress, Ginny. Oh well…..the more the merrier. 😉

Aiden Campbell…He is a cautious and wary man thanks to a cruel and bigoted family. When a sexy, handsome man comes to the store Aiden works in and asks for help with his Christmas shopping list, he is more than eager to “assist.” But Aiden will keep a respective distance in fear of more rejection. Surprisingly when Luke befriends Aiden, he suspects Luke might be interested in being more than friends. It’s like a dream come true, to be wanted. Yet Aiden is still wary. I felt so sad for him. I wished I could jump into the pages and wrap him in a warm hug. Aiden was such a gentle character. He was sweet and tender and to Luke’s utter delight, submissive. And when Ginny enters the mix, Aiden is hopeful his dreams of being cared for and loved are within reach.

“My folks made it real clear that they thought I’d never get to see heaven. Now, with Ginny in my arms, Luke’s touch on my back, I’m already there.”

Ginny Lawson…a young woman with her own sad story. After losing her parents, all Ginny wants is someone to love and who will love her in return. She is looking for a special kind of man to meet her needs; one who is dominant and caring with intimacy and who is also gentle and kind. Ginny has all but given up hope that this man exists…until…she meets Luke and Aiden.

This story definitely has its sad moments. There were a couple of moments that brought out my own protective instincts as well as anger. But the best parts were sweet and sexy and oh so romantic. I can’t tell you enough how glad I am that I didn’t wait until next Christmas to read HIS. I will definitely look for more from this author. As this was my first book by Chloe Lynn Ellis, it won’t be my last.
